Starbucks Property Owner’s Forum

The purpose of this site is to provide a platform for owners and landlords of Starbucks stores that were shuttered by Starbucks Coffee (SBUX) an opportunity to share their situation with each other.  We, the managers of this site, are doing our best to let the owners of these closing stores that this site is available for their use.  We estimate that while there are over 600 stores closing less than one third of these stores are owned by individuals. 

Individual owners and independent developers, unfortunately, have the most at stake and the least amount of access to resources that will enable them to negotiate on an even playing field with Starbucks.  We are striving to assist in leveling the field by providing this site.  In order to make this site useful for all those involved, please participate and share your unique situation.

The site will not be open to the general public and each participant will be screened prior to gaining access.  We hope you find this a useful tool!
